In a world premier, the BISERGS draft order draw was viewed by a global audience via Instagram live. This huge event nearly broke the internet as two BISERGSers accompanied by their loved ones tuned in to watch the event. Derek Samuelson was the first to logon and Carol Barrera followed in time to see all the picks. We think that Rachel, Ari, and Eliana were also watching on Derek's phone while Carol had James and Anita with her. With other curious spectators that happened to click on my live feed at that moment, it is estimated that 13 people may have watched, but we are waiting for the Neilsen Ratings to be released.
The tension was high as Annika donned her blindfold and Emilie held the hat which held the names of all 36 BISERGSers. The world literally held its breath as Annika's hand slowly drew out the first name to reveal, "Levi Glenney". Cookie Snyder was next out of the hat followed by Josh Rutz, Arlan Barrera and DJ Zevenbergen to round out the top five. Next came an incredible run of five Samuelsons in a row. Doug lead the Samuelson onslaught followed by our lovely assistants, Annika and Emilie. Katee and Rachel finished out the top 10. The complete draft results can be found on the draft order page. Remember the higher you are in round one, the longer you have to wait to pick in round two.
